Narrative:
Over chs VOR, ZJX asked us to confirm mach number. We acknowledged .65 mach. ZJX asked if it was an operation restr, we confirmed it was. ZJX directed (cleared) us to descend to FL290. We acknowledged the clearance and began the descent. ZJX then asked us to increase our descent rate. We acknowledged the request and increased the descent rate. Passing FL315, ZJX said we should be at FL330. We stated we had been cleared to FL290 but returned to FL330. During all communications we used our full call sign.
