Narrative:

During cruise flight at FL330, #4 engine lost oil quantity followed by fluctuating oil pressure, then low oil pressure. Engine shut down and clearance to FL280. Engine secured just beyond 30 degrees west. Remainder of flight unremarkable and continued to destination.
