Narrative:

While changing from manufacturer's aircraft and engine logs to the ad log system, the previous primary inspection was noted as being started during the last week of the 18TH month and finished during the first week of the next 18 month cycle. When filling in the 'aircraft inspection status' sheet column titled 'due at...,' resource management was not fully utilized by neglecting fingers and toes to arrive at the next due date. Consequence of this, was that the airplane flew 19 months and was discovered during logbook review upon arrival at shop.
