Narrative:

Reported to marco island traffic inbound 10 mi out for landing. Reported 1 mi left base runway 17 altitude 1000 ft. Reported turning final runway 17 at 700 ft. Landing uneventful until 180 degree u-turn (no txwys available). Reported back taxiing on active runway. Looked up and saw a twin engine seminole on final approach 1/4 mi out. Then called him on radio to remind him that I was taxiing back. At that point no response from aircraft, gear did not go up, and I realized that he insisted on landing. I was forced to take evasive action by trying to get off the runway. The aircraft landed and missed my wingtip by approximately 10 ft and then proceeded to takeoff. Remaining in the pattern and continued to make touch and go lndgs. I asked him if his radio was on and he replied: 'certainly, but I never heard anything from you.' callback conversation with reporter revealed the following information: reporter says aircraft was in a nose high attitude and perhaps that is why the instructor pilot didn't see him. Reporter counseled on FAA hotline number for reporting dangerous incidents like this.
