Narrative:
Air carrier X inbound to iad advised of responding to a TCASII alert and was descending out of 10000 ft. I had a BE58 at 9000 ft who was converging. The aircraft came within about 200 ft and 1 mi. Both aircraft advised they had each other in sight. I observed a VFR code behind the air carrier X aircraft that he must have been avoiding. There were no other aircraft in the area.
