Narrative:

It was a visual approach to runway 33 at sbkp. WX VFR, winds 250 degrees 08 KTS. The approach was flown slightly high on PAPI because of widebody transport aircraft. Over threshold radar altimeter made 50 ft, 40 ft, 30 ft calls. Slightly rapid at 20 ft I started flare and aircraft quit flying. It landed and bounced. I held altitude and added a little power to let aircraft settle back to runway. After taxiing to ramp discovered the damage to the tailskid and rear belly skin of aircraft. The company demanded the freight be reweighed. It was discovered the weight was 24700 pounds over manifested weight by shipper (of miami), and 16000 pounds over zero fuel weight. Corrective action: better control and more inspection of shippers at miami. Due to various south american shippers using the charter industry.

Narrative: IT WAS A VISUAL APCH TO RWY 33 AT SBKP. WX VFR, WINDS 250 DEGS 08 KTS. THE APCH WAS FLOWN SLIGHTLY HIGH ON PAPI BECAUSE OF WDB ACFT. OVER THRESHOLD RADAR ALTIMETER MADE 50 FT, 40 FT, 30 FT CALLS. SLIGHTLY RAPID AT 20 FT I STARTED FLARE AND ACFT QUIT FLYING. IT LANDED AND BOUNCED. I HELD ALT AND ADDED A LITTLE PWR TO LET ACFT SETTLE BACK TO RWY. AFTER TAXIING TO RAMP DISCOVERED THE DAMAGE TO THE TAILSKID AND REAR BELLY SKIN OF ACFT. THE COMPANY DEMANDED THE FREIGHT BE REWEIGHED. IT WAS DISCOVERED THE WT WAS 24700 LBS OVER MANIFESTED WT BY SHIPPER (OF MIAMI), AND 16000 LBS OVER ZERO FUEL WT. CORRECTIVE ACTION: BETTER CTL AND MORE INSPECTION OF SHIPPERS AT MIAMI. DUE TO VARIOUS SOUTH AMERICAN SHIPPERS USING THE CHARTER INDUSTRY.
