Narrative:

Departed mem on runway 9. Clearance was climb on runway heading 090 degrees to 3000 ft. Then cleared for a right turn to intercept J66. Turned to 125 degrees and programmed the FMS to intercept the leg to woody intersection. Next call from mem center asked if we were going to intercept J66. I replied we were intercepting now. Center radar had us 4 mi south of the airway. Selected raw data, verified position south of airway, and immediately turned northeast to return to airway. Apparent map shift on FMS was not noticed during busy departure. Will make a conscious effort to doublechk all departure radials/airways in the future, instead of waiting for a warning of FMS/map failure.
