Narrative:
Mia approach reported in military area (active) that we just entered into it, to turn left. NDB and VOR showed on course by captain and first officer instruments. Omega showed 1.8 mi west of course and continued on with flight. It would be odd that all 3 navigation system would be off. We checked omega over a VOR down line and it was accurate.
