Narrative:
Landed on runway 4R at XX43. Braking action reported fair and asked by tower to exit on taxiway right. Could not slow sufficiently, so exited taxiway N3, reported braking fair to poor. Ground control cleared us to ramp via taxiway north and taxiway K. Upon attempting 90 degree turn, discovered braking nil, aircraft slid to extreme right side of taxiway north near intersection of N2 (west side). Aircraft speed was very slow, nose gear and right main gear appeared to have hit the small snow berm on side of taxiway and it stopped aircraft. I do not believe the gear was off the taxiway surface. Maintenance personnel reported no damage, tugged us to centerline, taxiway sanded, we started engines and taxied to gate without further incident. I believe airport was lax in attending to conditions as they occurred.

Title: CAPT OF A WDB LOST CTL OF THE ACFT DURING TAXI ON ICY CONDITIONS RESULTING IN THE ACFT COMING TO REST STRANDED ON THE SIDE OF THE TXWY.
Narrative: LANDED ON RWY 4R AT XX43. BRAKING ACTION RPTED FAIR AND ASKED BY TWR TO EXIT ON TXWY R. COULD NOT SLOW SUFFICIENTLY, SO EXITED TXWY N3, RPTED BRAKING FAIR TO POOR. GND CTL CLRED US TO RAMP VIA TXWY N AND TXWY K. UPON ATTEMPTING 90 DEG TURN, DISCOVERED BRAKING NIL, ACFT SLID TO EXTREME R SIDE OF TXWY N NEAR INTXN OF N2 (W SIDE). ACFT SPD WAS VERY SLOW, NOSE GEAR AND R MAIN GEAR APPEARED TO HAVE HIT THE SMALL SNOW BERM ON SIDE OF TXWY AND IT STOPPED ACFT. I DO NOT BELIEVE THE GEAR WAS OFF THE TXWY SURFACE. MAINT PERSONNEL RPTED NO DAMAGE, TUGGED US TO CTRLINE, TXWY SANDED, WE STARTED ENGS AND TAXIED TO GATE WITHOUT FURTHER INCIDENT. I BELIEVE ARPT WAS LAX IN ATTENDING TO CONDITIONS AS THEY OCCURRED.
