Narrative:
We were flying lagrange arrival into atl and were descending to 11000 ft. During descent controller directed us to 'slow to 210 KTS.' first officer read back clearance. Captain thought he heard 'cleared to 10.' he selected 10000 ft in altitude window and continued descent. At 10500 ft controller again advised 'maintain 11000 ft.' captain complied, no conflicts noted.
