Narrative:

After pushback in ewr, we were told of a nosewheel strut leak which resulted in an aircraft change. Operations sent wrong paperwork to new airplane which had old aircraft number. We called for and got new and correct paperwork, however, they sent old weight and balance information and I didn't catch it. This resulted in an overweight landing in boston. Need to take more time in reviewing weight data in future.
