Weight and balance error. Was told no ballast in forward cargo hold, for mco-jax flight. In jax was told there was in fact 800 pounds ballast in forward cargo hold from mco to jax.

Narrative: WT AND BAL ERROR. WAS TOLD NO BALLAST IN FORWARD CARGO HOLD, FOR MCO-JAX FLT. IN JAX WAS TOLD THERE WAS IN FACT 800 LBS BALLAST IN FORWARD CARGO HOLD FROM MCO TO JAX.
