Narrative:
On landing left brake appeared to lock causing aircraft to slide on ice leaving runway to the left side. Opposite brake and reverse on right engine failed to keep aircraft on runway.

Title: PLT OF AN SMT TURBOPROP SLID OFF THE SIDE OF THE RWY DURING LNDG ROLL DUE TO A FAULTY L BRAKE.
Narrative: ON LNDG L BRAKE APPEARED TO LOCK CAUSING ACFT TO SLIDE ON ICE LEAVING RWY TO THE L SIDE. OPPOSITE BRAKE AND REVERSE ON R ENG FAILED TO KEEP ACFT ON RWY.
