Narrative:
Flight txk to dfw. We were given vector of 200 degrees at weder. I misheard vector and turned to 240 degrees. Controller caught error and gave new heading of 190 degrees. I turned immediately. TCASII TA went off once as I steadied up on 190 degrees. We did not see other traffic. I misheard the vector. I did verify weder's location, but not the heading given.

Title: PF FO MISHEARD ATC VECTOR HDG, BUT WHEN TURNING TO WRONG HDG, ATC INTERVENED AND GAVE NEW HDG, JUST AS TCASII GAVE AN ALERT. RPTR SAYS POS WAS VERIFIED, BUT NOT THE HDG.
