Pilot deliberately taxied out for takeoff and took off knowing that the airport was closed for snow removal equipment and when airport and police vehicles were purposely trying to prevent his takeoff. He had no tower clearance either.

Narrative:
Asheville airport closed for snow removal for 2 days. Runway was good hard pack. Made my own taxiway to runway and took off at own risk. Was chased by police and snow removal trucks and cars that tried to block my takeoff but I got away. Asheville tower chief told airport authority/authorized I was not in violation of FARS as far as they were concerned and did not create a hazard. The airport authority/authorized is supposed to be there to help, not to try to kill people and aircraft. 8000 ft runway, these people tried to kill me and my passenger.

WAS CHASED BY POLICE AND SNOW REMOVAL TRUCKS AND CARS THAT TRIED TO BLOCK MY TKOF BUT I GOT AWAY. ASHEVILLE TWR CHIEF TOLD ARPT AUTH I WAS NOT IN VIOLATION OF FARS AS FAR AS THEY WERE CONCERNED AND DID NOT CREATE A HAZARD. THE ARPT AUTH IS SUPPOSED TO BE THERE TO HELP, NOT TO TRY TO KILL PEOPLE AND ACFT. 8000 FT RWY, THESE PEOPLE TRIED TO KILL ME AND MY PAX.
