Narrative:
While flying a visual approach to runway 13R at boeing field the PF overshot the extended centerline of the right runway and encroached on a cessna 206 on final for runway 13L. Tower advised us of the C206 traffic on our initial call up, but, we did not see the traffic until we were approximately 100 ft away from the traffic. We turned away from the traffic and landed normally. The PF had the correct ILS frequency and heading selected and was planning to intercept the ILS for practice. As we were intercepting the ILS the PF requested the gear and final checklist. While I was finishing the PNF duties with the checklist I noticed we were well left (1.5 out on ILS) (east) of course. I noticed the traffic -- as did the PF and we realigned with the right runway. We were both 'inside' and not separating enough of our attention outside the jet. Also, whenever we practice an ILS it will be a full ILS with vectoring from the approach control facility.

Title: THE FLC ALLOWED THEIR JET TO STRAY E OF THE ILS AND INTRUDE ON THE FINAL APCH OF THE ADJACENT ACFT WHILE FLYING A VISUAL APCH AND PRACTICE ILS SIMULTANEOUSLY.
Narrative: WHILE FLYING A VISUAL APCH TO RWY 13R AT BOEING FIELD THE PF OVERSHOT THE EXTENDED CTRLINE OF THE R RWY AND ENCROACHED ON A CESSNA 206 ON FINAL FOR RWY 13L. TWR ADVISED US OF THE C206 TFC ON OUR INITIAL CALL UP, BUT, WE DID NOT SEE THE TFC UNTIL WE WERE APPROX 100 FT AWAY FROM THE TFC. WE TURNED AWAY FROM THE TFC AND LANDED NORMALLY. THE PF HAD THE CORRECT ILS FREQ AND HEADING SELECTED AND WAS PLANNING TO INTERCEPT THE ILS FOR PRACTICE. AS WE WERE INTERCEPTING THE ILS THE PF REQUESTED THE GEAR AND FINAL CHKLIST. WHILE I WAS FINISHING THE PNF DUTIES WITH THE CHKLIST I NOTICED WE WERE WELL L (1.5 OUT ON ILS) (E) OF COURSE. I NOTICED THE TFC -- AS DID THE PF AND WE REALIGNED WITH THE R RWY. WE WERE BOTH 'INSIDE' AND NOT SEPARATING ENOUGH OF OUR ATTN OUTSIDE THE JET. ALSO, WHENEVER WE PRACTICE AN ILS IT WILL BE A FULL ILS WITH VECTORING FROM THE APCH CTL FACILITY.
