Narrative:
I've noticed several times in the past few months some of our aircraft clearing the runway after landing and not getting the entire aircraft over the runway hold line. This is nerve- wracking when you are in the back of the airplane. I think this issue needs to be addressed as soon as possible. It seems to be happening more since the ewr incident, since which we have been bombarded with the idea that you cannot move without ground control clearance. Even more disconcerting is the time at dfw when I questioned the controller about an aircraft that was clearly not completely clear of the runway. She told me her radar showed it clear.
