Narrative:

First officer called clearance prior to my being on with radio communications. He gave me the taxi routing and stated to the left runway, no numbers given, runway 1 normal departures out of sfo. After passing the intersection to the runways in use, I was informed that I was supposed to have turned and was then given new taxi instructions.

Narrative: FO CALLED CLRNC PRIOR TO MY BEING ON WITH RADIO COMS. HE GAVE ME THE TAXI ROUTING AND STATED TO THE L RWY, NO NUMBERS GIVEN, RWY 1 NORMAL DEPS OUT OF SFO. AFTER PASSING THE INTXN TO THE RWYS IN USE, I WAS INFORMED THAT I WAS SUPPOSED TO HAVE TURNED AND WAS THEN GIVEN NEW TAXI INSTRUCTIONS.
