Narrative:
The left brake was leaking fluid which allowed the left brake pedal to be depressed forward over the top of the rudder pedal. While attempting to make a left turn, brake pedal contacted GS receiver installed under panel behind pedals preventing forward movement of left rudder pedal. The aircraft turned right into the snow beside the taxiway. The brake will be svced and the GS receiver will be relocated.

Title: SMA WITH L BRAKING FLUID LEAK HAS LOSS OF CTL AND TURNS INTO SNOW BANK ON TXWY.
Narrative: THE L BRAKE WAS LEAKING FLUID WHICH ALLOWED THE L BRAKE PEDAL TO BE DEPRESSED FORWARD OVER THE TOP OF THE RUDDER PEDAL. WHILE ATTEMPTING TO MAKE A L TURN, BRAKE PEDAL CONTACTED GS RECEIVER INSTALLED UNDER PANEL BEHIND PEDALS PREVENTING FORWARD MOVEMENT OF L RUDDER PEDAL.
