Narrative:
Taxi out for takeoff on taxiway a for departure on runway 32. Did not hear hold short instructions for runway 4 crossing on taxiway a. When ATC gave hold short instructions, nosewheel had crossed hold line with approximately 6 ft of aircraft over the hold short line. Received subsequent clearance to cross runway 4 without incident.

Title: FLC OF A PVT LTT JET OVERSHOT THE RWY HOLD SHORT LINE DUE TO EITHER NOT HEARING THE INSTRUCTION FROM TWR WHEN TAXIING OUT FOR TKOF, OR THE TWR MADE A LAST MIN CALL TO THE CREW.
Narrative: TAXI OUT FOR TKOF ON TXWY A FOR DEP ON RWY 32. DID NOT HEAR HOLD SHORT INSTRUCTIONS FOR RWY 4 XING ON TXWY A. WHEN ATC GAVE HOLD SHORT INSTRUCTIONS, NOSEWHEEL HAD CROSSED HOLD LINE WITH APPROX 6 FT OF ACFT OVER THE HOLD SHORT LINE. RECEIVED SUBSEQUENT CLRNC TO CROSS RWY 4 WITHOUT INCIDENT.
