Narrative:
Corp X was nwbound at FL390 with descent clearance to FL310. Aircraft Y was eastbound and climbing to FL330. The controller working aircraft Y called the controller working corp X and requested that they stop him at FL350 due to traffic. The amended clearance was not issued and separation was lost.
