Narrative:
I had total electrical failure, no power at all. I was in IMC conditions in a descent when I lost all power including radios. Knowing what the approximately conditions were at ptk I continued to descend to approximately 2500 ft, figure out my location and flew VFR to ptk and landed. I immediately called flight service and ZOB and told them I was on the ground at ptk.

Title: C310 PLT HAS TOTAL ELECTRICAL FAILURE IN IMC. CONTINUES TO DEST.
Narrative: I HAD TOTAL ELECTRICAL FAILURE, NO PWR AT ALL. I WAS IN IMC CONDITIONS IN A DSCNT WHEN I LOST ALL PWR INCLUDING RADIOS. KNOWING WHAT THE APPROX CONDITIONS WERE AT PTK I CONTINUED TO DSND TO APPROX 2500 FT, FIGURE OUT MY LOCATION AND FLEW VFR TO PTK AND LANDED. I IMMEDIATELY CALLED FLT SVC AND ZOB AND TOLD THEM I WAS ON THE GND AT PTK.
