Narrative:
We were flight inspecting glw airport facilities and were on a cruise clearance, to cruise 4000 ft. We accomplished about 30 mins of work in VMC conditions, and were ready to continue on our itinerary. On climb out we overshot our altitude by about 400 ft before correcting back to 4000 ft.
