Narrative:
Location -- vucan intersection on the vucan arrival yyc. After passing billings VOR on the way to yyc, the flight was cleared to direct to vucan intersection for the vucan arrival into yyc. As we approached vucan, yeg center asked how we showed ourselves in relation to vucan intersection. We said that the omega showed us to be right on course. As we passed by vucan intersection they said we appeared to be 5 mi east of vucan intersection. Our VOR showed us to be about 3.5 mi east of the intersection. No faults showed on the omega at that time. As we returned to dfw as flight X and were eastbound past ama, we were cleared direct to heater intersection on the boids arrival to dfw. After the omega gave us a heading to heater intersection, ATC said our heading needed to be adjusted another 10 degrees to go direct heater intersection. Once again no problems were seen with the omega equipment. We continued direct to heater intersection via vectors and disengaged the omega gear. Must have been a signal problem or other external problem we assumed since no malfunctions were apparent with the omega that we could see.

Title: WHILE NAVING USING OMEGA, ATC NOTIFIED FLC THAT THEY WERE 5 MI OFF COURSE. THEIR VOR CONFIRMED THEY WERE OFF, BUT ONLY 3.5 MI. OMEGA SHOWED NO FAULTS.
Narrative: LOCATION -- VUCAN INTXN ON THE VUCAN ARR YYC. AFTER PASSING BILLINGS VOR ON THE WAY TO YYC, THE FLT WAS CLRED TO DIRECT TO VUCAN INTXN FOR THE VUCAN ARR INTO YYC. AS WE APCHED VUCAN, YEG CTR ASKED HOW WE SHOWED OURSELVES IN RELATION TO VUCAN INTXN. WE SAID THAT THE OMEGA SHOWED US TO BE RIGHT ON COURSE. AS WE PASSED BY VUCAN INTXN THEY SAID WE APPEARED TO BE 5 MI E OF VUCAN INTXN. OUR VOR SHOWED US TO BE ABOUT 3.5 MI E OF THE INTXN. NO FAULTS SHOWED ON THE OMEGA AT THAT TIME. AS WE RETURNED TO DFW AS FLT X AND WERE EBOUND PAST AMA, WE WERE CLRED DIRECT TO HEATER INTXN ON THE BOIDS ARR TO DFW. AFTER THE OMEGA GAVE US A HDG TO HEATER INTXN, ATC SAID OUR HDG NEEDED TO BE ADJUSTED ANOTHER 10 DEGS TO GO DIRECT HEATER INTXN. ONCE AGAIN NO PROBS WERE SEEN WITH THE OMEGA EQUIP. WE CONTINUED DIRECT TO HEATER INTXN VIA VECTORS AND DISENGAGED THE OMEGA GEAR. MUST HAVE BEEN A SIGNAL PROB OR OTHER EXTERNAL PROB WE ASSUMED SINCE NO MALFUNCTIONS WERE APPARENT WITH THE OMEGA THAT WE COULD SEE.
