Narrative:
I contacted approach before the 30 mi circle with position and destination. We descended to 2500 ft before entering the 30 mi circle. After entering the 20 mi circle with a 3000 ft floor approach turned me to 270 degrees. On the dfw 310 degree radial approach turned us south toward goode. There were no more vectors from approach. I believe there was a change of controllers. I am not sure if I descended at a high enough rate to get under the 2000 ft floor which starts at the 13 mi circle. Class B airspace goes to the surface 1 mi northeast and 1 mi southeast of goode. Next time I will descend to below 2000 ft farther out so full attention can be used threading the needle to goode.

Title: PVT PLT OF AN SMA SEL FAILED TO DSND IN SUFFICIENT TIME TO BE BELOW THE FLOOR OF CLASS B AIRSPACE AFTER RECEIVING VECTORS TO AN UNDERLYING ARPT.
Narrative: I CONTACTED APCH BEFORE THE 30 MI CIRCLE WITH POS AND DEST. WE DSNDED TO 2500 FT BEFORE ENTERING THE 30 MI CIRCLE. AFTER ENTERING THE 20 MI CIRCLE WITH A 3000 FT FLOOR APCH TURNED ME TO 270 DEGS. ON THE DFW 310 DEG RADIAL APCH TURNED US S TOWARD GOODE. THERE WERE NO MORE VECTORS FROM APCH. I BELIEVE THERE WAS A CHANGE OF CTLRS. I AM NOT SURE IF I DSNDED AT A HIGH ENOUGH RATE TO GET UNDER THE 2000 FT FLOOR WHICH STARTS AT THE 13 MI CIRCLE. CLASS B AIRSPACE GOES TO THE SURFACE 1 MI NE AND 1 MI SE OF GOODE. NEXT TIME I WILL DSND TO BELOW 2000 FT FARTHER OUT SO FULL ATTN CAN BE USED THREADING THE NEEDLE TO GOODE.
