Narrative:
I was working an inbound sector with moderate traffic and WX. Gave aircraft #1 a turn that was taken by another aircraft. Upon realization that I was about to lose separation I issued aircraft #2 a 360 degree heading and aircraft #1 a right turn heading 150 degrees immediately. Aircraft #1 did not respond quickly but I still maintained 5 mi.
