Narrative:
Did 'a' check -- changed main oil filters, then motored engines. Svced oil before closing cowls. Heard later that #1 engine arrived in chicago with 1 qt of oil left -- cap was misaligned. I svced all the engines the same way and really don't see how this could have happened. I really don't have a clue!

Title: THE RPTR DID AN 'A' CHK WHICH REQUIRED CHANGING THE MAIN OIL FILTERS, MOTORING THE ENGS AND SVCING THEM WITH OIL. WHEN THE ACFT ARRIVED AT CHI, MAINT DISCOVERED THERE WAS ONLY 1 QT OF OIL IN ONE OF THE ENGS AND ITS OIL CAP WAS MISALIGNED.
