Narrative:
On descent into kal observed an opposite direction navajo on collision course. First observed at less than 1000 ft. Both aircraft simultaneously corrected to the right. Scary but no damage or injuries.

Title: NMAC. ACFT OPERATING IN UNCTLED AIRSPACE, HAD TO TAKE EVASIVE ACTION TO AVOID EACH OTHER.
Narrative: ON DSCNT INTO KAL OBSERVED AN OPPOSITE DIRECTION NAVAJO ON COLLISION COURSE. FIRST OBSERVED AT LESS THAN 1000 FT. BOTH ACFT SIMULTANEOUSLY CORRECTED TO THE R. SCARY BUT NO DAMAGE OR INJURIES.
