Narrative:
The incident occurred while I was being taxied by the lineman at the FBO. He was taxiing me into a parking place when my left wheel went down into a dip and the left propeller hit the ground. All I heard was 2 buzzing sounds. The propeller did not stop turning when it hit. I believe this is a problem and should be fixed so that it does not occur again. The dip in the pavement should be fixed before it does more damage to someone else's airplane. I think every employee should be aware of the problem and instructed on how to avoid it. Callback conversation with reporter revealed the following information: reporter states the FBO is taking full responsibility for the incident and aircraft repairs. His concern is for others having the same problem. Analyst recommended the FAA hotline as well as contact with airport manager. Reporter has not been back to the airport and does not know if any repairs have been made to the ramp itself.

Title: BE76, DUCHESS, BEING MARSHALLED TO PARKING HAS L WHEEL GO INTO HOLE AND PROP IS DAMAGED.
Narrative: THE INCIDENT OCCURRED WHILE I WAS BEING TAXIED BY THE LINEMAN AT THE FBO. HE WAS TAXIING ME INTO A PARKING PLACE WHEN MY L WHEEL WENT DOWN INTO A DIP AND THE L PROP HIT THE GND. ALL I HEARD WAS 2 BUZZING SOUNDS. THE PROP DID NOT STOP TURNING WHEN IT HIT. I BELIEVE THIS IS A PROB AND SHOULD BE FIXED SO THAT IT DOES NOT OCCUR AGAIN. THE DIP IN THE PAVEMENT SHOULD BE FIXED BEFORE IT DOES MORE DAMAGE TO SOMEONE ELSE'S AIRPLANE. I THINK EVERY EMPLOYEE SHOULD BE AWARE OF THE PROB AND INSTRUCTED ON HOW TO AVOID IT. CALLBACK CONVERSATION WITH RPTR REVEALED THE FOLLOWING INFO: RPTR STATES THE FBO IS TAKING FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE INCIDENT AND ACFT REPAIRS. HIS CONCERN IS FOR OTHERS HAVING THE SAME PROB. ANALYST RECOMMENDED THE FAA HOTLINE AS WELL AS CONTACT WITH ARPT MGR. RPTR HAS NOT BEEN BACK TO THE ARPT AND DOES NOT KNOW IF ANY REPAIRS HAVE BEEN MADE TO THE RAMP ITSELF.
