Narrative:
On climb out we were given expedite to 10000 ft. At 5000 ft we were told to maintain 4000 ft. My safety concern was due to the captain ignoring the sterile cockpit. This is very rare.

Title: RPTR'S CONCERN THAT HIS CAPT IGNORED THE STERILE COCKPIT RULE CLBING TO 10000 FT.
Narrative: ON CLBOUT WE WERE GIVEN EXPEDITE TO 10000 FT. AT 5000 FT WE WERE TOLD TO MAINTAIN 4000 FT. MY SAFETY CONCERN WAS DUE TO THE CAPT IGNORING THE STERILE COCKPIT. THIS IS VERY RARE.
