Passenger passed out and then came to shortly after flight attendants tended to her and had a doctor look at her. He said she was doing fine and to continue flight to dtw. Notified dispatch via commercial ACARS.

Narrative: PAX PASSED OUT AND THEN CAME TO SHORTLY AFTER FLT ATTENDANTS TENDED TO HER AND HAD A DOCTOR LOOK AT HER. HE SAID SHE WAS DOING FINE AND TO CONTINUE FLT TO DTW. NOTIFIED DISPATCH VIA COMMERCIAL ACARS.
