Narrative:
We departed lwv at XA11Z after fuel stop, climbed to 2000 ft MSL, and proceeded north. Near sullivan I happened to look up and saw the C150 flying level above and in front of us. He suddenly nosed up, then did a 1-TURN spin, recovered, and was last seen heading south at roughly my altitude.

Narrative: WE DEPARTED LWV AT XA11Z AFTER FUEL STOP, CLBED TO 2000 FT MSL, AND PROCEEDED N. NEAR SULLIVAN I HAPPENED TO LOOK UP AND SAW THE C150 FLYING LEVEL ABOVE AND IN FRONT OF US. HE SUDDENLY NOSED UP, THEN DID A 1-TURN SPIN, RECOVERED, AND WAS LAST SEEN HDG S AT ROUGHLY MY ALT.
