Narrative:
While inbound for landing I was asked by approach if I was parking 'on the west side' and I acknowledged 'affirmative' and was told to expect runway 23R. Later when I called the tower I told them I was expecting runway 23R as I usually do in similar sits but heard no reply. Soon after I acknowledged traffic at about 12 O'clock position, then turned to final and told the tower I was on final for runway 23R. Another aircraft on the ground was holding for takeoff on runway 23L. I landed high and long over the B737 on the threshold waiting for takeoff on runway 23R. After pulling off runway 23R onto taxiway right I was given a telephone number to call. The call was made and I was told the tower cleared me to land on runway 23L but I did not hear them. This incident was indeed a communication problem and perhaps started when I was led to believe I would be landing on runway 23R. In the future I will very definitely ask for clarification and if this is not possible (due to radio failure) I will not attempt a landing.

Title: WHILE INBOUND FOR LNDG RPTR WAS ASKED BY APCH IF HE WAS PARKING ON THE 'W SIDE' AND WAS TOLD TO EXPECT RWY 23R. THE RPTR TOLD THE TWR HE WAS EXPECTING RWY 23R. THE RPTR TOLD THE TWR HE WAS ON FINAL FOR RWY 23R. THE RPTR LANDED OVER THE TOP OF A B737 HOLDING AT THE THRESHOLD WAITING FOR TKOF ON RWY 23R. THE TWR TOLD THE RPTR HE HAD BEEN CLRED TO LAND ON RWY 23L.
Narrative: WHILE INBOUND FOR LNDG I WAS ASKED BY APCH IF I WAS PARKING 'ON THE W SIDE' AND I ACKNOWLEDGED 'AFFIRMATIVE' AND WAS TOLD TO EXPECT RWY 23R. LATER WHEN I CALLED THE TWR I TOLD THEM I WAS EXPECTING RWY 23R AS I USUALLY DO IN SIMILAR SITS BUT HEARD NO REPLY. SOON AFTER I ACKNOWLEDGED TFC AT ABOUT 12 O'CLOCK POS, THEN TURNED TO FINAL AND TOLD THE TWR I WAS ON FINAL FOR RWY 23R. ANOTHER ACFT ON THE GND WAS HOLDING FOR TKOF ON RWY 23L. I LANDED HIGH AND LONG OVER THE B737 ON THE THRESHOLD WAITING FOR TKOF ON RWY 23R. AFTER PULLING OFF RWY 23R ONTO TXWY R I WAS GIVEN A TELEPHONE NUMBER TO CALL. THE CALL WAS MADE AND I WAS TOLD THE TWR CLRED ME TO LAND ON RWY 23L BUT I DID NOT HEAR THEM. THIS INCIDENT WAS INDEED A COM PROB AND PERHAPS STARTED WHEN I WAS LED TO BELIEVE I WOULD BE LNDG ON RWY 23R. IN THE FUTURE I WILL VERY DEFINITELY ASK FOR CLARIFICATION AND IF THIS IS NOT POSSIBLE (DUE TO RADIO FAILURE) I WILL NOT ATTEMPT A LNDG.
