Narrative:

I am flying with a captain who deviates all FARS, company policy, limitations. He is unsafe and unprofessional, but the company that I work for continues to let him fly this way, and overlook his actions. Callback conversation with reporter revealed the following information: reporter stated that the reported problem has been solved through the collective efforts of other flight crew by putting by putting a 'no fly' with the captain in question on the crew scheduling bid list. Also, the help of the employee's union in bringing this matter to the attention of management. The reporter has since discussed the problems with the captain and even flown with him and found the captain to be changed and very cooperative. The captain has a lot of experience that is recognized by all other crew members who welcome now the opportunity to fly once again with him. The aircraft operated is a DC10.

Title: FO OF AN WDB COMPLAINT ABOUT CAPT THAT DOES NOT ALWAYS CONDUCT OPS IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE FARS.

Narrative: I AM FLYING WITH A CAPT WHO DEVIATES ALL FARS, COMPANY POLICY, LIMITATIONS. HE IS UNSAFE AND UNPROFESSIONAL, BUT THE COMPANY THAT I WORK FOR CONTINUES TO LET HIM FLY THIS WAY, AND OVERLOOK HIS ACTIONS. CALLBACK CONVERSATION WITH RPTR REVEALED THE FOLLOWING INFO: RPTR STATED THAT THE RPTED PROB HAS BEEN SOLVED THROUGH THE COLLECTIVE EFFORTS OF OTHER FLC BY PUTTING BY PUTTING A 'NO FLY' WITH THE CAPT IN QUESTION ON THE CREW SCHEDULING BID LIST. ALSO, THE HELP OF THE EMPLOYEE'S UNION IN BRINGING THIS MATTER TO THE ATTN OF MGMNT. THE RPTR HAS SINCE DISCUSSED THE PROBS WITH THE CAPT AND EVEN FLOWN WITH HIM AND FOUND THE CAPT TO BE CHANGED AND VERY COOPERATIVE. THE CAPT HAS A LOT OF EXPERIENCE THAT IS RECOGNIZED BY ALL OTHER CREW MEMBERS WHO WELCOME NOW THE OPPORTUNITY TO FLY ONCE AGAIN WITH HIM. THE ACFT OPERATED IS A DC10.
