Immediately after rotation, aircraft began strong roll to left. Full aileron trim to right and pilot control input were required to maintain wings level. Aircraft control was difficult, but possible. Returned for landing at departure airport. Aircraft had been previously written up for dent in left aileron due to jet blast damage. Maintenance reported dent within limits for previous flight. Subsequent inspection revealed aileron trim damage.
