Narrative:
Immediately after rotation, aircraft began strong roll to left. Full aileron trim to right and pilot control input required to maintain wings level. Aircraft control was difficult, but possible. Returned for landing at departure airport. Aircraft had been previously written up for dent in left aileron due to jet blast damage. Maintenance reported dent within limits from previous flight. Subsequent inspection revealed aileron trim damage.

Title: IMMEDIATELY AFTER ROTATION, ACFT BEGAN STRONG ROLL TO L. FULL AILERON TRIM TO R AND PLT CTL INPUT WERE REQUIRED TO MAINTAIN WINGS LEVEL. ACFT CTL WAS DIFFICULT, BUT POSSIBLE. RETURNED FOR LNDG AT DEP ARPT. ACFT HAD BEEN PREVIOUSLY WRITTEN UP FOR DENT IN L AILERON DUE TO JET BLAST DAMAGE. MAINT RPTED DENT WITHIN LIMITS FOR PREVIOUS FLT. SUBSEQUENT INSPECTION REVEALED AILERON TRIM DAMAGE.
