Narrative:

Copilot did not erase wrong altimeter setting from landing data card. When passing 18000 ft, crew put in wrong altimeter setting in both altimeters. Aircraft leveled at 11000 ft on altitude and cruised for approximately 8 mi until correcting the mistake. Aircraft was approximately 400-500 ft low for this time period, ie, when wrong information is put on paper -- erase it before it's taken as the correct information.
