Narrative:
WX in clouds. Thunderstorms in area. Uncontrollable cabin climb at FL330. Air-conditioning packs normal. Outflow valve closed. Flow light on. Performed operating manual procedures. No help. Made emergency descent using checklist procedures. Per bulletins and discussion with tulsa technician this appears to be a recurring MD80 super problem. Crews need more information, especially concerning the procedure of turning the packs warmer in order to unfreeze the water separator.
