Narrative:
Location: mia. Sometimes the ground handler hears the first officer read back a push back clearance and mistakes it for the captain's instruction to push the aircraft back. The aircraft starts moving before the captain says anything, very dangerous. How can we prevent the ground handler from hearing the first officer reading back the push back clearance? Please respond with methods for B757 and B767 and please determine it this problem exists on other fleets.
