Narrative:
We were on a training flight doing multiple stop and go lndgs on runway 1. The WX was 30 overcast, 10 mi visibility, winds from 350 degrees at 10 KTS gusting to 15 KTS. We reported our position 3 times in the pattern. When we turned final we saw the aerostar on final for runway 19 and tried to radio him to tell him the wind conditions -- no reply. We did a go around. He landed downwind on runway 19 from a straight on approach. I talked to the aerostar pilot on the ground after and he said he forgot to switch his radio to the CTAF and apologized.
