Narrative:
Climbing through FL320 to FL330 cabin warning horn sounded. I called to silence the horn and asked what cabin altitude the engineer showed. Shortly after the cabin oxygen light illuminated I noticed the right hand pack switch in the off position. Senior flight attendant was in the cockpit at this time. I asked her to confirm that the masks were deployed. Shortly after this she became unconscious. We donned our masks (first officer and myself and flight engineer) and began the emergency descent procedures. The flight engineer revived the senior flight attendant with crew oxygen mask. Afterward he made a passenger PA. We notified ARTCC we had and declared an emergency and wanted to divert to indianapolis. We were cleared direct and made an uneventful landing.

Title: DURING CLB ACFT DEPRESSURIZED, OXYGEN MASKS DEPLOYED AND FLC MADE EMER DSCNT AND DIVERTED. WHEN DEPRESSURIZATION OCCURRED, A FLT ATTENDANT WHO WAS IN THE COCKPIT WENT UNCONSCIOUS, BUT WAS REVIVED WITH OXYGEN. ONE OF THE AIR CONDITIONING PACKS WAS OBSERVED TO BE OFF.

I ASKED HER TO CONFIRM THAT THE MASKS WERE DEPLOYED. SHORTLY AFTER THIS SHE BECAME UNCONSCIOUS. WE DONNED OUR MASKS (FO AND MYSELF AND FE) AND BEGAN THE EMER DSCNT PROCS. THE FE REVIVED THE SENIOR FLT ATTENDANT WITH CREW OXYGEN MASK. AFTERWARD HE MADE A PAX PA. WE NOTIFIED ARTCC WE HAD AND DECLARED AN EMER AND WANTED TO DIVERT TO INDIANAPOLIS. WE WERE CLRED DIRECT AND MADE AN UNEVENTFUL LNDG.
