Narrative:
Accepted a land and hold short clearance when only alternative given by tower controller was to go around and vector to another runway. Approach had already made second runway change and placed us behind a single engine cessna. I was instructed to exit runway 12 at taxiway Q4 and hold short of departure runway 19R. Forgot about the hold short clearance and stopped the airplane at a point where the runway 19R centerline would have intersected my position. The taxiway and runway 19R do not physically intersect. The departing commuter was just off to my left, airborne, and passed overhead not presenting any conflict. I had forgotten the hold short clearance because of the tower controller's ultimatum and the fact that I had allowed myself to accept this clearance. Supplemental information from acn 335539: company does not have a lahso procedure published for runway 12 short of taxiway Q4. I expressed this to the captain with no response. The captain elected to land on runway 12 and he did exit on taxiway Q4. I was distracted with checklist items and was surprised to look up and see us at the centerline of runway 19R with no clearance. A bit flustered, I misread the taxi clearance back to the gate and we missed a turnoff.
Original NASA ASRS Text
Title: AN ACR FLC WAS GIVEN A LAND AND HOLD SHORT CLRNC THAT REQUIRED THEM TO EXIT ON A SPECIFIC TXWY AND HOLD SHORT OF THE DEP AREA OF RWY 19R, WHILE ON THAT TXWY. THE FLC DID NOT HAVE THE DATA FOR LAHSO AT THE TXWY, BUT THE PF ELECTED TO LAND ANYWAY. THE FLC COMPLIED WITH CLRNC TO EXIT ON THE TXWY, BUT FAILED TO HOLD SHORT OF THE RWY 19R DEP AREA. A COMMUTER ACFT HAD DEPARTED RWY 19R AND PASSED OVERHEAD.
Narrative: ACCEPTED A LAND AND HOLD SHORT CLRNC WHEN ONLY ALTERNATIVE GIVEN BY TWR CTLR WAS TO GAR AND VECTOR TO ANOTHER RWY. APCH HAD ALREADY MADE SECOND RWY CHANGE AND PLACED US BEHIND A SINGLE ENG CESSNA. I WAS INSTRUCTED TO EXIT RWY 12 AT TXWY Q4 AND HOLD SHORT OF DEP RWY 19R. FORGOT ABOUT THE HOLD SHORT CLRNC AND STOPPED THE AIRPLANE AT A POINT WHERE THE RWY 19R CTRLINE WOULD HAVE INTERSECTED MY POS. THE TXWY AND RWY 19R DO NOT PHYSICALLY INTERSECT. THE DEPARTING COMMUTER WAS JUST OFF TO MY L, AIRBORNE, AND PASSED OVERHEAD NOT PRESENTING ANY CONFLICT. I HAD FORGOTTEN THE HOLD SHORT CLRNC BECAUSE OF THE TWR CTLR'S ULTIMATUM AND THE FACT THAT I HAD ALLOWED MYSELF TO ACCEPT THIS CLRNC. SUPPLEMENTAL INFO FROM ACN 335539: COMPANY DOES NOT HAVE A LAHSO PROC PUBLISHED FOR RWY 12 SHORT OF TXWY Q4. I EXPRESSED THIS TO THE CAPT WITH NO RESPONSE. THE CAPT ELECTED TO LAND ON RWY 12 AND HE DID EXIT ON TXWY Q4. I WAS DISTRACTED WITH CHKLIST ITEMS AND WAS SURPRISED TO LOOK UP AND SEE US AT THE CTRLINE OF RWY 19R WITH NO CLRNC. A BIT FLUSTERED, I MISREAD THE TAXI CLRNC BACK TO THE GATE AND WE MISSED A TURNOFF.
