Air carrier flight crew on taxi for departure entered runway 13R without clearance and were instructed to exit the runway. Aircraft exited the runway at runway 22R contrary to ground control instructions to exit at a taxiway. Air carrier was subsequently put into position on runway 22R. Flight crew advised tower he was rolling. Local controller then cleared aircraft for takeoff. Pilot deviation.

Narrative:
A DC10 was given taxi instructions to runway 22R via taxiway K, left on txwys B and za and cross runway 13L for runway 22R departure. The air carrier taxied out taxiway K onto runway 13R. Instructed to exit runway 13R at taxiway ka. The aircraft exited on runway 22R then exited runway 22R at taxiway J. Local placed the air carrier into position on runway 22R. After a few seconds the flight crew advised the tower that he was 'rolling.' local then cleared for takeoff.

INSTRUCTED TO EXIT RWY 13R AT TXWY KA. THE ACFT EXITED ON RWY 22R THEN EXITED RWY 22R AT TXWY J. LCL PLACED THE ACR INTO POS ON RWY 22R. AFTER A FEW SECONDS THE FLC ADVISED THE TWR THAT HE WAS 'ROLLING.' LCL THEN CLRED FOR TKOF.
