Narrative:
On gopher 1 arrival, forgot to set altimeter after leaving flight levels. This was due to trouble identing an intersection -- was not queried by ATC and no conflict occurred. Temporarily, I leveled off at the incorrect altitude and slightly off course due to unfamiliarity with procedure and difficulty receiving the msp VOR on the 333 degree radial.
