Narrative:

Lowered gear at turn to final, went through checklist. Throttle back below 10 inches. No horn warning (indicator panel sometimes all on, or all off). Don't remember looking at it specifically. Crossed numbers at 78 mph at full flaps. No initial scraping, felt mushy then on contact, scraping noise at the last 50 ft. Came to rest just shy of 8000 ft mark. Egressed as soon as possible. When truck lifted plane off ground, I re-entered with FAA and found gear circuit breaker popped, but not landing gear horn. 4 pulls on manual cable and it was fully extended.
