Narrative:

We flew a routine flight from buenos aires (eze) to jfk on jun/tue/96. I preflted in eze and my concerns were the forecast of storms in the northern brazil area and the distinct possibility of fog upon our arrival in jfk. At no time did I become aware of any restrs at bermuda. Out of jfk (1/2 hour), I received a message to call dispatch after landing. It was then I was informed that we might have been improperly dispatched since the availability of the runway in bermuda was in question. This evidently put us in an ETOPS situation, in which case we should have been filed on a different airway.
