Narrative:
Checked fuel gauge before takeoff. Fuel gauge indicated 3/4 full. Engine quit 15 mins into flight over pensacola beach. Landed on road being constructed. Area on the beach was closed to public. No damage to people or property. Refueled, got permission from local FAA to take off from beach.

Narrative: CHKED FUEL GAUGE BEFORE TKOF. FUEL GAUGE INDICATED 3/4 FULL. ENG QUIT 15 MINS INTO FLT OVER PENSACOLA BEACH. LANDED ON ROAD BEING CONSTRUCTED. AREA ON THE BEACH WAS CLOSED TO PUBLIC. NO DAMAGE TO PEOPLE OR PROPERTY. REFUELED, GOT PERMISSION FROM LCL FAA TO TAKE OFF FROM BEACH.
