Narrative:
I was holding short of runway 13L, waiting to depart on a part 135 cargo run from dallas love to houston hobby. I advised love tower that I was ready to depart runway 13L. The controller then stated, 'bonanza xxxyz, taxi into position and hold.' I repeated back the clearance to taxi into position and hold and did so. After taxiing onto the runway and holding, I began to feel that the controller was taking too long to release me (about 2 mins). Feeling uncomfortable, I looked behind me and saw a twin engine airplane on final with all its landing lights on. There was nowhere I could go as the twin was very near, so I immediately called love tower and stated, 'tower, xyz has taxied into position and is holding!' tower then replied, 'roger yz.' I watched as the twin passed over me at approximately 700 ft vertical and landed approximately 2000 ft horizontal on runway 13L. Tower then instructed the twin to exit the runway as soon as possible and then cleared me to depart. Neither the controller nor the twin pilot said anything about me being on the runway and I feel that the twin pilot had to have seen me as all my lights were on. I then called my chief pilot upon arrival in houston and advised him of this incident. He advised me that he has heard of the tower doing this before. I know that I did not misunderstand my instructions. At this time, I do not know the twin's n- number.

Title: A PART 135 CARGO PLT RPTS FOLLOWING A CTLR'S CLRNC TO TAXI INTO POS AND HOLD, BUT THEN HAVING TO HOLD ON THE RWY FOR OVER 2 MINS, WHILE A TWIN LANDED OVER THE TOP OF HIS ACFT. THE ATCT LCL CTLR THEN CLRED THE RPTR FOR TKOF.
Narrative: I WAS HOLDING SHORT OF RWY 13L, WAITING TO DEPART ON A PART 135 CARGO RUN FROM DALLAS LOVE TO HOUSTON HOBBY. I ADVISED LOVE TWR THAT I WAS READY TO DEPART RWY 13L. THE CTLR THEN STATED, 'BONANZA XXXYZ, TAXI INTO POS AND HOLD.' I REPEATED BACK THE CLRNC TO TAXI INTO POS AND HOLD AND DID SO. AFTER TAXIING ONTO THE RWY AND HOLDING, I BEGAN TO FEEL THAT THE CTLR WAS TAKING TOO LONG TO RELEASE ME (ABOUT 2 MINS). FEELING UNCOMFORTABLE, I LOOKED BEHIND ME AND SAW A TWIN ENG AIRPLANE ON FINAL WITH ALL ITS LNDG LIGHTS ON. THERE WAS NOWHERE I COULD GO AS THE TWIN WAS VERY NEAR, SO I IMMEDIATELY CALLED LOVE TWR AND STATED, 'TWR, XYZ HAS TAXIED INTO POS AND IS HOLDING!' TWR THEN REPLIED, 'ROGER YZ.' I WATCHED AS THE TWIN PASSED OVER ME AT APPROX 700 FT VERT AND LANDED APPROX 2000 FT HORIZ ON RWY 13L. TWR THEN INSTRUCTED THE TWIN TO EXIT THE RWY ASAP AND THEN CLRED ME TO DEPART. NEITHER THE CTLR NOR THE TWIN PLT SAID ANYTHING ABOUT ME BEING ON THE RWY AND I FEEL THAT THE TWIN PLT HAD TO HAVE SEEN ME AS ALL MY LIGHTS WERE ON. I THEN CALLED MY CHIEF PLT UPON ARR IN HOUSTON AND ADVISED HIM OF THIS INCIDENT. HE ADVISED ME THAT HE HAS HEARD OF THE TWR DOING THIS BEFORE. I KNOW THAT I DID NOT MISUNDERSTAND MY INSTRUCTIONS. AT THIS TIME, I DO NOT KNOW THE TWIN'S N- NUMBER.
