Narrative:

Taxi out for takeoff. Ground queried if we could accept intersection takeoff on runway 24R at intersection of taxiway B (currently taxiing west on taxiway B). Performance data check, legal -- accepted intersection takeoff at taxiway B on runway 24R. Approaching hold short line, looked down to ascertain departure control frequency. In so doing crossed hold short line by a few feet. Stopped aircraft before entering runway (not cleared into position). Small aircraft on short final landed, with no incident. Lesson: keep priorities in order, first was taxi, if need a frequency, could simply ask.
