Narrative:

ATC facility: gander radio. Location: 5140N. En route bos, lhrt, received oceanic clearance by ACARS. Received new ACARS clearance with route change and entered it into FMC and filled out airep form. Received a third oceanic clearance with another route change and entered this into FMC. When reporting 5140N at AA14Z, read estimate for 5130N at AA56Z and erroneously read next as 5220N from the airep form even though the correct point was indicated by our clearance and the FMC. Later at AB10Z gander selcaled to state they were filing a report. No navigation error took place and we flew our route as we were cleared. The only error was in the radio report which we corrected.
