Narrative:
Radar maps not aligned with each other. Permanent echoes line up, but in some areas, any 2 maps may vary by 1-3 mi along boundaries. Some maps have very fine, distinct lines and others are very broad and smudged looking. Digital maps are available and the FAA central region headquarters will not let us have them. A ucr was filed 2 yrs ago, not resolved yet.
